Registered General Nurse 1984 - King's College Hospital

As a nurse practitioner I see a wide range of patients with minor illness, that I manage, treat and prescribe for.
My specialist interests are; sexual and reproductive health, asthma and COPD.

I see patients with Asthma and COPD in a designated 'Chest Clinic' at the surgery.

My other role is Nurse Team Leader.  This includes all aspects of managing the nursing team and being in charge of all matters relating to the nursing services at Wells Park Practice.

I am also responsible for managing and over seeing clinical supplies and ensuring the maintenance and safety of all clinical equipment.

NVQ 3 Health and Social Care, Diploma Counselling, Levels 1, 2, 3 Smoking Cessation, Phlebotomy Certificate.

Specialising in Phlebotomy and Smoking Cessation.  She is the Specialist Pregnancy Smoking Advisor for area 4.  She completed her diploma in counselling in 2004 and between the years of 2004 - 2008 she completed her NVQ 3 HSC, 1, 2, 3.  Smoking Cessation Qualification and Phlebotomy.
