National Patient Survey

 

We are pleased to let you know that the National Patient Survey is now live. Some patients may have already received their survey by post or email, while others will receive it shortly. If you do receive a survey, we would greatly appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete it.

Your feedback is extremely important and plays a key role in shaping how services are delivered at the Practice.

Over the past year, we have worked hard to improve access and the overall patient experience. For example:

  • We continue to offer above-average appointment availability, processing an average of 265 appointment requests daily, compared with the national average of 118 and regional average of 138.
  • We have increased overall appointment capacity, including telephone and face-to-face consultations, by 31%.
  • Our telephone access has improved significantly, with 98% of calls answered within 5 minutes, compared with a previous average of 55%.

Your feedback helps us understand what is working well and allows us to recognise the efforts of our staff, who work hard every day to support our patients. Positive feedback also helps us demonstrate the quality of care we provide. If you have not received a survey by post or email, you can still take part online
