Here are some facts and figures about our activities in May 2025:

Friends and Family Test: 96.6% of patients surveyed rated our services as very good or good.

Wasted Appointments
If you were not able to get the appointment you wanted in May, that could be that of the 9917 appointments we offered, 262 (2.64%) people who booked, did not show up and failed to cancel. It is important that you cancel if you are unable to attend your GP or nurse appointment. Just call the surgery, and when prompted, enter your date of birth or by following the prompt on our reminder text. We are only able to offer your unwanted appointment if you cancel.
Staff News
We are pleased to welcome Dr Catherine Scott our new GP, who trained with us in 2020 and has now returned to join the team. Her appointment is permanent, and her working days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We also welcome Lailah Saad our PCN employed Advanced Nurse Practitioner who will be supporting us with acute home visits. We hope you will join us in giving them a warm welcome!
Practice Closure
We will close for staff training at 12:30pm on Thursday 26 June and reopen at 8am on Friday 27 June.
If you need urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please contact SELDOC who will be providing GP cover on 07483 155 397.
