Recent issues

The practice as a whole and one Dr. in particular have been immensely helpful over a recent issue. I can see how busy they are and so appreciate the time taken in helping me.

Good GPs

We were contacted as we hadn't seen a GP for a year. So, we were given appointments (husband and I) to come in a few days later. We were seen on time. The GP was efficient and friendly and made me feel confident. I think it's brilliant that we were contacted because they hadn't seen us and literally wanted to make sure that we were ok as we both have medical conditions.Whilst in the waiting room I noticed that the queue to see the receptionist wasn't too long and I also noticed that the receptionist was very polite to those I saw her dealing with. I think they seem to have taken on board any complaints made, well, we certainly don't have any complaints based on today's visits.

very happy with care received from my Gp, PN and HCA

Today I went in to see my GP, and I must say brilliant service. He is a brilliant Dr. Very caring, understanding and non judgemental. One of the best Drs I have met in this country. I hope Wells Park Practice is aware of how lucky they are to have such a good Dr. I want to also take the tome out to thank the PN and HCA for their care and support over the yrs. I have been with this Surgery for 14 yrs and these 3 staff members have been brilliant. Very caring, supportive and professional. I am truly grateful and blest to have them taking care of me.
